The spinning Division of NR Group was established in 1992. Since then, the division has experienced significant growth and expansion to become the pioneer in introducing the new Vortex technology in Bangladesh -with 64 Vortex machines, NR Group represents the largest Vortex spinner in South Asia.

The Group includes seven units of yarn production facilities which consist of 146,544 ring spindles, 5760 vortex spindles and 7888 spindles of TFO, having a total production capacity of 140 tons per day. Our production facilities produce 200+ blended yarn products up to 6/1 to 50/1 count and utilize sustainable fiber, BCI, organic cotton, modal and synthetic and polyester fiber.

To maintain the best product quality, we monitor yarn production on a real time basis in an in-house yarn testing laboratory. The dynamic design of our production units focuses on efficiency and performance.

All our products are hairless or hair free, classified as three categories in 200+ blends, one of the few in the industry: BSY – Basic Yarn- commodity yarn cotton carded, combed, CVC, PC etc. VEY – Value Enhanced Yarn – yarns value enhanced by processing it through special attachments in machines like slub, short slub, inject, S twist, SIRO etc, SLY- Specialty yarn unique blends/fibers-pima/micro, modal, cotton/modal, Tencel, Supima, Poly/Linen, ECO Vero Viscose, Recycled Poly etc.

NR Group possesses various types of certification, including IOAS, Supima, Cotto: 0.02 in A License, GRS & CMA, OEKO-TEX and RCS. We own modern, robust, efficient, and durable machinery from Japan, Switzerland and Germany.

Keeping sustainability at the core of our production process, we work with energy-efficient oil-free air compressors, absorption chillers, humidification plants and waste collection tools.

NR Group entered the global ready garments industry in the mid-eighties, and the export volume has increased daily. Today, we control 12 million pieces of knit production facility per month, which is made possible by 150 production lines with 1.12 million square feet of production floor space and with the contribution of more than 1500 human resource 60% of which are female and 40% male. Our growth strategy forecasts to expand our production line by 60% within 2023. 

Our cutting department is equipped with highly sophisticated auto-cutting and computer-aided cutting machines to ensure precision and accuracy in cutting, minimizing waste of fabric and person-hours spent. A qualified and highly trained team of professionals supervises the apparels proper finishing details and quality, according to the customers requirements NR Group standards and the code of conduct.

Determined to deliver the finest product, we keep the sewing departments under attentive supervision. Quality assurance staff and IE personnel are adequately trained and highly competent. Our sewing floors are equipped with essential equipment and tools to meet the highest craft standards. Certification details are provided later in this brochure. The groups backward solid linkage process makes the ready made garment unit more efficient in producing any type of knit product and helps to meet shipping deadlines with best quality.

Our ready made garments unit possesses 150 production lines with 1.12 million square feet of production floor space, employing more than 15000 specialized workers.

NR group possesses a fully equipped Embroidery section capable of meeting the export demands of any capacity for embroidery. Our embroidery department specializes in a wide variety of techniques, which can be applied to fleece, t-shirts, polo shirts jackets, bathrobes, towels, blankets, and many other products. We can produce detailed embroideries that satisfy and design or garment, from toweling to logos, icons and unique Sequim embroidered designs.

Our daily production capacity is 60000 pieces. We have fully computerized embroidery machines to provide for the needs of our customers with precise accuracy and desired quality.

Some of our specialties include printed boxes and printed packaging materials. Our products knowledge and experience allow us to confidently manage the complex manufacturing process, bring to life any vision utilizing the latest technology from Europe, and deliver attractive and functional packaging for any type of product and client.

NR Group can produce any form and shape and specialize in high – quality printing, requiring glossy finishes, metallic mono carton, texture, foils, cold foils. We are the only facility in Bangladesh to offer this service and unique embellishments.
